Myers Briggs Personality Assessment
An individual test that measures your preferences on Myers and Briggs' four dimensions of personality type, as well as 23 more detailed facets of type to personalize your results and help you better understand yourself personally and professionally. We offer Step I and Step II assessments with feedback for both groups and individuals.
These 50-minute sessions are designed to help individual clients cope with personal stress and resolve more in-depth issues such as trauma, communication and connection problems as well as help resolve/manage anxiety and depression.
Corporate Burnout Prevention Package
This package includes a monthly one-to-one session with a coach/counsellor to help manage specific stresses and concerns coupled with a monthly stress management seminar which will provide new techniques and skills to boost communication, team connection and overall productivity. Expert guidance on how to implement these lessons into HR policies that are compliant with local labour law and wider corporate objectives.
Individual coaching sessions to help pinpoint areas of growth and development as well as create structured plans to achieve goals supported by Myers Briggs Personality Assessment Step I or II.
Stress Management Seminar
This one-day seminar provides an understanding of what stress is physically and mentally and how to manage, reduce and resolve complications that arise from stressful work situations.
Team Building Workshop
This workshop targets communication style and leadership dynamics within a work team to help increase cohesion, communication and productivity. This seminar combines a group psychodynamic approach with group communication skills training.
